  • Your bike is shipped directly from Germany. Typical lead times are 2/3 weeks from date of shipping.

    We aim to ship bikes at the middle point of each month but can also arrange individual shipping at additional charge.

    Accessories are shipped with either Royal Mail 24 or 48 hour service and next day shipping is available if ordered before 2pm.

    Please specify this at checkout.

  • All accessories benefit from a 30 day return policy if the packaging is intact and has not been used or fitted to the bike. If you are unsure of compatibility, please reach out on the contact form to raise your return or exchange

    Returns are at the buyers expense and we encourage you to use a tracked service. Please ensure to include a copy of your order confirmation and original order number.

    Refunds are processed within a 14 day period.
