Your bike is shipped directly from Germany. Typical lead times are 2/3 weeks from date of shipping.
We aim to ship bikes at the middle point of each month but can also arrange individual shipping at additional charge.
Accessories are shipped with either Royal Mail 24 or 48 hour service and next day shipping is available if ordered before 2pm.
Please specify this at checkout. -
All accessories and bikes benefit from a 30 day return policy if the packaging is intact and has not been used or fitted to the bike. If you are unsure of compatibility, please reach out on the contact form to raise your return or exchange and also enquire about compatibility and sizing.
Returns are at the buyers expense and we encourage you to use a tracked service. Please ensure to include a copy of your order confirmation and original order number.
ALL original packaging must be intact and sealed as you received the item. If bags have been torn and labels have been removed, we sadly cannot accept these returns.Refunds are processed within a 14 day period.

Can I Buy an Electric Bike?

Is There Still a £1,000 Limit?

What Happens at the End of the Agreement?

Your employer or scheme provider will explain the options available before the agreement ends. HMRC requires that ownership isn't automatically transferred at the outset, and any eventual transfer must reflect the applicable rules on market value.
